What data we collect

• What you enter in our forms: name, email, company, store address and message, plus inputs to the calculator or market check.
• Which page and campaign (utm tags) brought you to the form.
• Details you give on our Google Calendar booking page when booking a call. The booking page is a Google service, and Google's privacy policy also applies there.
• Anonymous visitor statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

This site uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

Why we process data

• Replying to enquiries, sending calculations and reports, and arranging calls. Legal basis: legitimate interest and steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Newsletter. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Improving the site with anonymous statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from the last contact. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Processors and data location

• Supabase (database), servers in Zurich, Switzerland, which has an EU adequacy decision.
• Google Workspace (email and calendar), Google Ireland Ltd.
• Cloudflare (site delivery and anonymous statistics).

Some processors are US companies. Where data is transferred outside the EU and EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell or disclose personal data to anyone else. We make no automated decisions or profiling based on your data.

Your rights

• Access data concerning you.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict it.
• Receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link.
• Complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
